This NEW, beautiful, privately owned four bedroom, three bathroom executive villa is located in The Shires at Westhaven which is 20 Minutes South of Disney World. The villa is set within a safety-gated community in an exclusive  neighbourhood and is fully equipped with every facility. It is beautifully furnished, fully  air conditioned throughout and has all of life’s creature comforts, including a private screened pool and spa.  There is cable TV with DVD, high-speed internet access, and free telephone services. All imaginable domestic  appliances plus crockery, cutlery, fresh linen and towels are there for your use.  

The villa will be freshly cleaned and ready for your arrival. Full instructions for every eventuality are in the villa, should assistance of any kind be required.

The villa is perfectly placed with only 12 minutes to DISNEY WORLD and is ideally located for easy access to SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL, WET N WILD etc.  Just over 1 mile to the new  World-Class CHAMPIONS GATE GOLF COURSE.  25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 60 minutes from Sanford International Airport, 60 minutes from Clearwater (Gulf Coast beaches), and 60 minutes from Daytona.
