Misc Charges:

Pool Spa Heat:  $25.00/£10.00 per day  (If required/booked)

Cleaning Fee:    $95.00/£55.00  (Mandatory)

Please note that there is an 11.5% Sales Tax to be paid against the above items (US VAT equivalent).

Reservation Deposit:  10% total rental cost

Security/Damage Deposit: £200.00/$300.00
